As women only breed with chads, they will get genetically uglified over the next generations. The process already started.

Look at the amish. Here, the process is already finished. The women are all ugly as sin and the men all build like tanks (the women are also build like tanks).
Because over hundreds of years the only people who stayed amish were those who preferred to get burned alive rather than to convert, so only the most masculine people stayed amish.
