Actually, there are roles in the military/police that women would be "good" at, namely ones that involve duplicity, betrayal, lying, double-dealing, double-crossing, entrapment, deception, infiltration....
But nothing that involves hard physical work, unless they want to take credit for it. I wonder what happened to those enlisted females who were celebrated for passing Ranger school after the physical tests were severely reduced to their favor. I'm not certain I'd trust a 100 pound foid to carry 100 pounds of gear, let along a wounded 150 pound soldier.
