There’s no reason for them to refuse high functioning autistic men. It’s understandable why they wouldn’t date lower functioning men, but if he has a job and independence, there’s really no excuse for women outright rejecting autistic men as a class. They aren’t so evil that they deserve to die alone. It’s even worse when you consider women are willing to date. That list includes sociopathic criminals and abusers, liars, cheaters, racists, bullies, etc. but almost never autistic men.
