A lot of women are weaker than men (obviously), yes, but a lot of them have low standards of what strength is. If you can do a couple of push ups, carry a few shopping backs, and pick her up (even other women can carry other women) they'll think you're strong enough. Which a lot of men already surpass. The only two physical attributes they care about are simply face and height.

I live in a Western country, so perhaps my standards are relative, mixed with personal experience, and I notice that later you said that you live "poor area" well people in those conditions yes would lack the nutrition to get stronger and muscular. I don't think a 90kg bench press is that far-fetched (drinking milk and doing 3x5 twice a week on bench press adding 5lbs each time will help).

Yeah, masculinity is definitely more desired in third world countries since living conditions of course would be more tough. Women would rely on men to take on masculine roles. Nah, my proportions for bench are terrible. Long and lanky arms and narrow clavicles at 6’0”. Only 155 pounds body weight. 2+ years of training and can only bench 135 pounds. That’s it. However, I was able to go from 0 to 10 body weight pull ups in a row. Some people have really terrible strength genetics

Your proportions only affect your lifts at the extreme ends when you've ruled out other reasons. The most likely explanation is bad training and diet. You're also sickly thin for your stats.

Motherfucker, I have an intestinal condition that makes it impossible to gain more weight and am ungodly fast metabolism. My intestines cannot process food on their own and I have to take 1.6 capfuls of miralax every day to stay alive and keep them working. It’s a lifelong health condition and I have had to take this every day since 13. I know for a fact it makes food absorption poorer because I can’t even absorb iron normally and need to take iron pills. I literally eat 3,500 to 4,000 calories every day and have been eating this much for 3 years.

155 is truly the genetic cap my body allows me to get. I am insanely jealous of anyone who can gain to a heavier weight easily. Me and @FuckTheFBI are the ectomorph kings of the forum who can’t gain weight no matter what we do

Yeah, I think my intestinal condition and fast metabolism are more of a detriment than proportions. Proportions definitely play a massive role too though. My frame is narrow for my height, and my muscle insertions are small. Unironically, I think a wider frame and better weight would help me ascend. Unfortunately, I have tried everything possible within reason to get bigger and my body just doesn’t want to comply.

Btw, what weight do you think would be good for someone of my height? 180-200?

180 American units is healthy weight for your height. 200 is bit on the higher side, if you're carrying little muscle.

Yep. It really sucks. I see guys who don’t even lift at all mog my frame and physique and it hurts. Really is a major BlackPill on genetics even though it’s not even about women. I know a relative who is 350 pounds and like 6’4”. Dude has massive arms and a wide frame. He could lose weight and look extremely good and tough without any lifting required. No amount of training or even steroids for me could make me compare to his baseline

165 cm. I swear, I used to be 168 cm (measured by a physican), but somehow I shrank. It must be the deadlifting. I probably need to back off on that and decompress my spine. Current weight is 105 kg, but you couldn't tell by looking at me. I've been fatfuckmaxxing for the past two years and I'm slowly cutting down to 95 kg since this spring.

Had a surgery that took 6 months to recover from and it barely made a difference.

I don't look that beefy, tbh. I just look like a short, stocky man with some fat who's done construction work and been a bouncer. My time in the gym has been almost exclusively strength training. I haven't deadlifted (conventional) in over a year and don't plan to ever again. The replacement will strictly be hex bar deadlifts, RDLs and other posterior chain work. The hex bar deadlift spares your lower back greatly compared to conventional, and you don't really lose out on any functional strength.

Just cover your bases and train to increase total body strength in a balanced way. You don't need to deadlift, for example, but squatting basically works most of the same muscles. You can do a lot of lighter, alternative exercises that train your muscles with minimal risk of injury. I recommend light RDLs or weighted hyperextensions.

You're right in that you need to do the bare minimum. Just one movement type with proper warmup and stretching for each body section is enough. Do one horizontal/vertical push/pull, one squat, one hip hinge, and (maybe) one loaded carry. I would probably skip the loaded carry, if you're that injury-prone. It's good to do, in general, but it's not imperative. You're not looking to break any records or post yourself on instawhore, so just take it slow.

I never even appreciated my hips having a full range of motion as a kid, and now I get a brutal hip pinch in the front every time I bend over to tie my shoes or lean forward in a chair
