Unless a guy is Chad or JBF, a girl will never obsess over him and want him above all other men. In contrast, the average guy is extremely susceptible to oneitis. Guys get oneitis for the random girl he thinks is pretty in class, for the random girl working at the bar, for the next door neighbor. Ofc, oneitis can be cucked and men need to make sure that they learn to ignore it if they are rejected, otherwise they turn into simps (this is why men are susceptible to simping unlike foids).
