No reasons for normies to complain because foids get the jobs easier that pay well and are less fast-paced. Foids do a lot of useless and even harmful jobs for the society. The real reason behind mass NEETdom are big male and workpower surplus, insane and retarded requirements and HR nonsense. Employers are a hivemind very similar to foids so chads and extroverted NT's are the only winners in that game too. Society believes that incels choose to NEET while it really is the opposite in most cases.
I think the main reason obviously is not seeing a good future. There's always some job to do. They are likely going to have trouble filling male-dominated job positions in the near future, with the average age going up and foids not too keen about them, obviously.
