Yep. And women WILL also approach first if you are good looking enough. At the very least, they will give you flirty signals to make your approach natural and easy plus make an effort to keep the conversation going. Positive reinforcement = low inhib, negative reinforcement = high inhib. All women are valued like you said. All of this happens when you're a kid, once you're grown up and aware of your high inhib it's already indelible.
