In Norway, Sweden and Denmark we have a very reserved and polite culture, aggression and behaviour that draws attention to oneself is bred out of us. Bragging is a big no no and so is wearing flashy clothes. Everything is understated.
The immigrants over here however, have no such filter, so any behaviour that falls outside of the norm becomes automatically seen as low inhib, which we know foids flock to.
