Traditionally speaking, you cannot expect a women to help you make serious decisions, make plans, engage in politics and in leadership, build things, etc.

True. But most "chickens" these days are waiting till they're in their 30s before laying eggs, screwing their future hens over. The farmers really need to start putting their foot down and make them lay earlier.

Yeah. “Chickens” need to stick to doing what they do best: laying eggs. Not getting involved in politics, law, work force, etc.
