It's in their nature to weed out low value men and to only choose Chads, I even wrote a detailed report on this:

Also their selection criteria are dumb and have very little to do with improving our species.
It is known for instance that IQ is negatively correlated with the number of kids. Slightly negatively correlated, but still negatively correlated.
