Right-wing feminists do not believe that women have agency, and if you don't have agency, you're not held responsible for your bad actions. The real punishment then falls on the "actual" perpetrators which are, yawns, always men, of course: Jewish men, conservative men, patriarchal men, beta men ... but definitely men! Being underestimated can also be very useful because people don't see how much of a threat you are. German chancellor Angela Merkel, for instance, was long underestimated before she destroyed one male politician in her party (and then in other parties) after another until she became chancellor for 15 years.
