If it was allowed, all women would walk around completely naked in public. What better way to attract men than wearing the least amount of clothes possible? As much as the weather would allow ofc. In chilly weather theyd wear just the amount needed not to freeze.

I truly became aware of this fact when i saw a 12 year old looking girl with shorts so small her asscheeks hanged out a few weeks back. They wear as little clothes as society and the weather allow for.
