There were 2-3 women that worked with me that kept studying years just to get 1 or 2 extra degrees after the basic 3 years.

The only one needed was the 3 years one , everything else was a meme
Just remember powerpoint slides and repeat it like a parrot
You get the same exact job , same salary and more responsibilities and 2 years of your life are gone
