My mom, my dad. Just the banal stuff like: "how are you feeling", "Me and your father are out for a drink, do you have plans?", "What would you like for dinner?" I see my friends maybe once every 2 weeks - 1 month. That's it

It’s not unusual for me to go from Friday night to Sunday without saying a word to anyone. At work, it’s just banal small talk about the weather or work related stuff with a couple of people (small office) and that’s only if I try, otherwise they just ignore me.

More than I'd like too. All work related.
Since I work from home my only interactions with people are from zoom standups and my parents. Also the occasional person behind the register. My social acumen is marred to the point of not being able to properly articulate my thoughts properly in social situations.
School = who ever I have to talk to + friend group + imediate family

You are lucky that someone cares about your feelings. I talk only to 5 coworkers about work obviously. If i were jobless,i would have no one to talk to.
Yes, true. If my Mom were do disappear from my life, I'd be a complete wreck. More so than I am now. Dad cares but he never talks to me about my situation (thankfully)
