First with the robots the economy will be insanely large as they can work 24/7, and in time do any job. So we will be able to pay for things which aren't affordable now. Secondly the robots can build, maintain, operate, be the prison guards, bring in medicine, supplies, food, cooks, etc. at the prison facilities.
Right now in America we have about 2.5 million people in jail. Many of those are serving life sentences without the chance of parole. Probably another 2.5 million people work in the prison industry. Its a major employer in America.. and good jobs in rural communities. Like in small towns across America the prison is the main employer. There are all sorts of jobs in them from the prison guards to management to payroll clerks to health care workers.
Like the military expansion starting now, I think jails could be a major job creator of the future. Also taking violent dangerous normies off the streets.
