Witcher 3 just doesn’t look that fun..

Ever since the release of Witcherino 3: Geraldo’s Wild Ride, everyone has been masturbating each other to death over how supposedly good it is. But when I watch gameplay videos, it just looks very bland, especially the combat.

I suppose that just leaves Skyrim and Elden Ring as contenders for the gold standard fantasy adventure game, but I haven’t played either.

that's the only one thing i hate about witcher 3. lore accurate geralt is ugly as shit and that's why he gets discriminated against. in witcher 3 they made him a mogger for the mainstream audience and it doesn't even make sense why people insult him and call him an ugly ghoul everywhere he goes when he looks like a supermodel. in the first game he looks a bit more accurate as described in the lore

I just started playing it and yeah the combat sucks, it’s super simple and boring and the only way to gain health after losing it is by eating consumables which I hate.

I said that it's not as good as good as the combat in combat-focused games like Dark Souls, which is the main criticism people make, and it's unfair. For its purpose in the game, it's not even that bad.

I liked The Witcher 3. The gameplay is a tad overrated, but the writing and world building was very impressive at times. I enjoyed the scale and depth of its map.
