Winter Muscle Building

During the summer, I mostly just run.

But, during winter, I focus on building muscle.

Todays workout was:
Run.
Every 100 yards, stop and do:
10 squats
10 Lunges
10 calf raises

I do this twice a week.

My goal is 2 miles.
But, I’ve only completed 1 mile so far.

It might be a small number of exercises at one time, but it adds up to a lot.

I also have an upper body routine, that I do 3 days a week.
