I really hate this season. My OCD is worse, anxious/irritated all the time, and I can't even enjoy anything. All I can do is blast my head with music and ruminate.

I don't like winter either, I only really like winter when there's snow, but I also don't like summer because the heat makes my eczema really bad. I think spring is my favorite season, it's still cool outside but it doesn't feel uncomfortable when you're in the sun

winter is pretty miserable for me too, i think i experience a lot of similar things. but, im not sure if it's just winter or life recently too.. i haven't really tracked it over the years.

I also cant wait for the warm weather.
also, i kinda don't see what the issue with global warming is, if we can get shorter winters.
