Since I want to buy a condo this year, in order for me to pay off my student loans in a reasonable amount of time (1-2 years) rather than a decade, I will likely have to get a 3rd job

Only good thing is I found a delivery app I want to try, delivering materials and such not food or people. Would never do Uber. Yuck.

Would like to but there are no cheap apartments where I live and the price goes up all the time. At least with a condo my payment is fixed.

Great job! Ownership is vastly superior to renting. Coping become a lot easier when you get to a place where your bank account is just growing, debt is gone and you own the place you live. Stress is minimized.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. Tbh I have no problem with renting but where I live it’s just to expensive and constantly going up. It will be cheaper to get a condo. I just can’t stand renting from a family member lol. Need my own place soon.

Once I get the student loan paid off then yeah like you said, be able to be debt free and let some cash accumulate.

What is most likely to be done (and only if Dems get the Senate, Mcconnell is unlikely to cave to any kind of student loan forgiveness) is 10k forgiveness for every year working for the government, a non-profit NGO or as a teacher.

So, once again, women and bugmen benefit most.
