As I diet and workout and use more gear, my body will obviously improve. I will keep a log of comments I get from coworkers about my changing physique. Including what they said and if they were male or female.

In past experience it’s only males that say anything. For example many years ago I got very fat then lost 60lbs. The only person at work who said anything positive about it to me was a africancel I worked with.

I already did a “test run” but with wearing contacts instead of my usual glasses for a week. Only comment I got was from my male boss.

My prediction is the attractive females will not make a comment no matter how much I change, but we shall soon find out!
