Jestermaxxing was my first -maxxing. I've been doing it for years and it ruined my brain. I've been jestermaxxing for so fucking long I have had to resort to meditation and mindfullness exercises to get a hold on myself and to start acting seriously again. And I still lapse sometimes, despite all of the struggle. You won't achieve anything except becoming a laughing stock. If anyone in here is considering it, please, dont.
