i post this here because, everyone on the Incelosphere is non-nt
i always sleep with the lights on because my eyes open by themselves in the dark when i try to close them, i can see that my eyes are closed when i sleep with the lights on, i also get the feeling that something is watching i me when it's dark. these last 5-7 months, i been fasting 18 hours because i want the anti-aging benefits, but i been having trouble sleeping in the night, i stay awake the all night and i only sleep in the day, i've discovered the reason of why this is happening, we people with autism level 1 are nocturnal animals and we need to sleep in the day instead:
"Each of our bodies has a 24-hour sleep-wake pattern called a circadian rhythm. These circadian rhythms are controlled by the hypothalamus of your brain and are essential to falling asleep and waking in a regular timeframe.
The hypothalamus controls the brain’s release of melatonin, which helps your body become tired. Research has found that people with autism have elevated melatonin levels during the day, and lower levels of melatonin at night - this is the opposite of what should be the case."
