The difference is just brutal. The pain, the hurt there's from being a virigin being 16+ and 19+ is the worst thing in the world. Grades, money, "success", nothing can compensate it. Every day, every hour your brain will torture you for having missed all those important ages. early teens should be taught somewhere someway that the thing they have to worrie about is kissing and having sex, though we well know that it's impossible for us.
