I want to start this off with the fact that therapy is you paying someone to fix your problems or to give you the means to do so. I don't always think therapy is bad but if you're going for stuff like CBT or REBT or DBT for your overall mental health, you're a delusional coper and not even blackpilled. This will just be my rant/analysis of how therapy affects incels, not a well-constructed thesis.
Let's say a "mentalcel" goes to therapy for depression. This is a self identifying incel and he is holding to blackpill theory. Incel tells the therapist that he's been sad over being rejected by women his age. The therapist gives him bluepilled platitudes aka copes such as "just work on your personality" or "get some friends who are girls". By going to therapy, you are subscribing to copes and you don't even realize it because of how subtly the therapist slips the copes in your system so that you'll funnel them money. This is what makes therapy a cope. With every session, you reject the blackpill, aka the truth. I'm not going to defend the blackpill here as it defends itself with the posts we've made demonstrating it. In this case, the therapist's advice is literally terrible. The personality isn't why he is khhv, as he was khhv before and after taking the blackpill as @uo89997 points out in his high IQ thread, and foids who are only your friends are going to use you as a mangina, a manpon, whatever you want to call it. You hear their shit and listen about how her bf fucks her hard as fuck and you're just cucked having to listen and be "that guy". If you think it's just one therapist that gives this type of advice, you're wrong. I've been to a good bit of school counselors and professional therapists in my life and it's all the same crap. I've been for depression, addiction, family trauma, lots of stuff.
Let's not point out that therapists are literally dangerous to incels. If they hear your views, they will probably put you on a watch list. You can't even tell a therapist that you want to rope without them sending you off to a psych ward, and incels don't belong there. Being ugly and dejected doesn't mean you're a literal schizo. It's only the natural consequence of being a reject who cannot fill a niche and fulfil their hierarchy of needs like everyone else who is functioning in society due to not being genetic dead ends. No amount of therapy will change this either, therapy only changes the way you perceive the reality around you, which is the textbook definition of a cope.
If therapy only changes the way you interpret the data in front of you, then it in fact isn't a cure to inceldom. The only cures for inceldom have to do with your looks and how the people around you perceive them. No therapy session will get your dick wet, get you a sweet gf who loves you for you, or a rotation of women orbiting you like they do Chad. Not only is it not a cure to inceldom, it actually makes you more of an incel. You can't even escortcel if you're having to spend money on therapists, unless you're a richcel or something.
Notice the (usually) I put in the title? I do believe therapy can be good for one thing and one thing only; developing social skills. ABA is the form of therapy my doctor prescribed me for me being autistic, and as we know, autism is present in the majority of .is users. The NTpill is fake imo, but you still need to be able to approach and have an initial conversation. ABA allows you to apply learned behavior into irl situations so that you won't freeze up due to being high inhib. From my experience, the blackpill has made me much less autistic than before. Me and a foid are going to the gym Sunday and I'm texting her way less autistically than I was 2 years ago. I contribute this to the blackpill.

- Why should incels go to therapy? 1a) If you answer for their mental health, have you considered that incels have already turned to blackpill philosophy due to them being sick of copes and platitudes that have never helped them succeed? 1b) If you answer due to them being blackpilled, have you considered that you're only using therapy as a means of silencing your ideological opponents under the guise of helping them?
- What style of therapy would be good for incels? This is where the nuance and intelligence of IT is tested.
- What benefit does therapy provide that could aid incels? Do these benefits outweigh the negatives?
- Do you think therapy could give incels a shot at ascension?
- Have you been to therapy? How long have you participated in it? What for and why?
