Because people from west always have this false perception of eastern europe as traditional society which is reminiscent of western society before sexual revolution. Many people think that in eastern europe there are still held strong traditional values and social roles, when in fact in that region there is only expected from men to ack like knight when foids are allowed to do whatever they want. They are protected by males and treated by them like ladies due to mere fact that "they are week females and thus they should be treated like queens". This all led to men's life being extremaly depressing in that region (look at the suicide male to female ratio) and also foids became spoiled whores there because virtually they don't have to face any consequences of their actions and are even protected by hordes of "tough alpha" male cucks.
