This contributed to the species development and better genetic diversity (less illnesses and other traits). And with more diverity and more number the species have more success will it have. And when more closed will be the species more endogamy will it have like some dog races have. Also to procreate with different humans it would be easier to pass healthy mutations and to push forward the species.
