They released way too many sharks, most of them complex sharks that solve no problems. Back then, we had normal, simple sharks. In Evolution, we had Electro Shark, Ice Shark, Pyro Shark, Sharkeleon, and ghost shark. Simple, mostly passive abilities.

Even when we got the Dark Magic shark and Robo Shark, we had no problem of overcomplexity.

Then, they began making shitty sharks. The ability of Robo Shark could not kill anything other than vehicles.

The first three Apex sharks were mediocre. The Apex Megalodon was trash. The Apex zombie shark was pretty fun to mess around with. The Meltdown shark was actually strong.

Then came Mecha Sharkira. He was okay, a bit overpowered, but nothing big. Shin Sharkira was horrible, having extreme health drain to self and a troon ability.

Then came Mighty Matriarch, Gaia, Undersharker, Shark Angel (whatever that shark is called), Alan, Sharkmurai, Abyssal Shark, and some others. Generic sharks that are boring to play. Abyssal shark and Gaia may be different, but my point stands.

Most of them need 10.000 or more pearls, which means grinding or going P2W.

Also, the gems mechanic is shit. Splash Pass is the worst addition to the game ever.

These cucks just want your money and time.

A Lot. I grinded Hungry Shark evolution until I unlocked Luminite, all special sharks, etc. I fialred to get magma Godzilla, but whatever. I grinded Hungry Shark World THRICE, first time getting to XXL first time before my low memory phone failed, on the second save, I got some Apex sharks. On my third save, I got the abyssal shark and Alan, but not Mecha Shakira nor any others. Hungry Shark World has a bad habit of corrupting and deleting your saves.
