Because men don't have a field to fall back on in case the job market rejects them unlike women who can always rely on a comfy HR post to make ends meet. Also they read the writing on the wall after 12+ years of humiliation rituals and friendzones, now they want men to pay to get cucked and kiked and waste 3 years rotting there instead of at least working and getting a bit of money. The higher education grift is over you'll make 40k more at best which is still worth nothing if you had to waste years for that opportunity lmao.
In eastern eu the only people with white collar jobs fresh out of college are nepo babies that only went to college cause their parents forced them to larp to fuel the meritocracy grift and steal a spot from some honest kid
