Because women's suffrage has warped the political landscape towards catering to foids. Foids are actually inherently advantaged in politics because horny men are inclined to suck up to women in hopes of sex and intimacy. Gone are the days when men's drive to find a spouse to start a family with was taken seriously.
This is different though. This is a law that was placed upon society. Not one individuals political standing. Much like in that era things were different, as is the case with decades passed, those are due to the society itself. Not any ideology that individuals were following.
There isn't one for incels because inceldom doesn't define ones ideas, thoughts and politics. Likewise a persons ideas, thoughts and politics dont make one an incel. For there to be an "incel ideology" it would require all incels to adhere too it, as well as be pretty much exclusive to incels.
