Honestly, come to think of it, the thread title is what a foid probably thinks when I'm walking plus minding my own business and so happen to behind her while doing so.
On the drop down side bar there's a feature called "Your News Feed", it's where you can see the recent posts and comments from people you follow.
It's not used much though, because it is tucked away out of sight as you have to click the drop down menu to access it.
Usually, following somebody is just a gesture to say they like your posts.
