Let's take an actual example: making money. That's one of the best ways to improve your life. I've been somewhat obsessed with researching ways of making money for years.

And let me tell you something: all the advice, guides and whatever the fuck you can find is totally useless. Even god damn books about the topic are vague and not at all useful.

Even dedicated forums for it like "thefastlane" are totally fucking useless. Every such resource for learning about making money is a god damn scam. All vague and general bullshit that anybody with 2 neurons kinda knew already, but even books keep spewing bullshit about mindset and motivation and discipline instead of actual paths to making money. It's all a god damn racket. Even in the rare case that they describe actual ways of making money, the skip over the most important parts and just give you some bullshit platitudes about why those were skipped, like you gotta figure it out yourself or it depends on your circumstances.

That's because those youtube videos and books aren't meant to genuinely help anyone, they simply meant to grab as much cash for the creator/author so they prioritize things like perceived value and entertainment over actual useful knowledge to keep books flying off the shelves and people thinking that they learnt something.

Because those people know even if everyone was given the secret to riches they wouldn't be willing to do the work required. Today's society revolves around entertainment and consumption, not advancement.

I'm learning android devlopement so I can land a flexible work from home/decent paying job
but I don't have high hopes.

I'm already thinking about quiting
gf would help me stay motivated

also if I manage to aquire the skills,
I doubt I'll come off as NT at the interview
especially if its a foid

That is a very good point. And you know what's weird, even stuff written by actual scholars, like famous economists or wall street investors and such, even that stuff is just like you described. Weird world man, we live in the age of information and it's mostly just misinformation and useless fluff.

Well, I think you're on the right path as long as you know exactly what you will be doing with those android development skills. If you're in the US or any other good country with actual jobs out there, then your future can be very bright if you keep learning. Quite a good life can be earned that way. Don't worry about the interviews yet, just acquire the skills and everything will fall into place.

   1000 points for being correct.

Those people will only scratch the surface level when they talk about money making and give you very basic tips also because they no who their audience is. Those professionals and people who truly want to do something advanced or learn something useful typically aren't scrolling around youtube.

Basic tips + fake advice that barely helps + good marketing and ease of understanding = a very shallow entry level product that can be selled easily to the majority population (people who won't make it big)

r it depends on your circumstances
Just be rich already theory.

"Poor people should just buy money." is the core advice of such literature. It's stupid and goes nowhere.

What a sad state of affairs. And tbh I'm sure that even doing an MBA or some other type of business degree won't actually teach you what you need, that just prepares people for middle-management positions. The actual useful information is only shared between people that are already rich. Between rich buddies at golf clubs and country clubs, between father and son, between rich people who each share a piece of information and both become richer.

Yep, in a nutshell that's what it boils down to. That and work hard and keep grinding, some day you'll be rich too if you never give up!

My Dad told me that he wished he never went to college because his degree ended up being completely useless and he had to get connections to actually learn any useful shit.

The rich get richer, the broke stay broke

One simple reason: no improvement to your face

I wrote a book about this topic.

It's available for only $37.43 on Amazion

Even if there was a straight forward plan to becoming rich, it would become a competition because everyone would be doing it. So then you'd have to work 100x harder to make a fraction of the original amount you would have earned if nobody else knew about it.

Because the blackpill is real, your destiny has been sealed by your genes and your family you were born into and the rest is utter bullshit.
Advice, therapy, self help books, etc. are all complete crap that serve only 2 purposes:
- Help normies maintain their just world illusion so they can live happily
- Making money for the advice givers

If you want to attempt to maxx some domain in your life you shouldn't buy self help books on that topic. Self help is always designed to make you feel good and crucially, get you to buy more self help products. The only books/guides that will help you maxx something is technical knowledge on your subject of maxxing, knowledge that is always hard to learn if you have to force it. There is no shortcut. :blackpill:

Because self improvement is a scam industry
