Off the top of my head:

In Joshua, the sun stopped. Ok, this could work in the heliocentric model with all the super-ultra-sonic movements both the earth and the sun are simultaneously doing suddenly stopping and God miraculously nullifying inertia, but it's way easier to just stop the sun circling over a flat earth. Plus, the sun stopping is what you get from simply reading the text.

In the gospels, Satan takes Jesus up and they can see all the kingdoms in the world at once. In the book of Daniel there's also that trope of going to a very high place and seeing everything at once. People will say it's poetic, or that it only means the kingdoms they kinda knew about in the vicinity, but still, it makes more sense if the world is actually flat and the text actually means what it says.

In Revelation, the stars fall onto the earth, so on and so forth.
