Life is suffering. Someone once had a quote in his signature, something along the lines of:"Humans come to this world suffering. When a baby is born, the woman is in intense pain and screaming, and the baby is screaming as well. How symbolic is that?" and I really connected to it.
From the moment you take your first breath till you breathe out your last, you suffer. Along the way you develop mechanisms to ease that suffering (copes) and one of these copes is love and intimacy to other humans. As Incel, we're denied that, at least from the opposite gender. That's why our suffering is greater, more intense. Seeing other humans have their needs fullfilled while you suffer greatly only fuels that suffering more. Don't do that to yourself.
