Why is it that so many foids don't bother covering their awrah?

If u go out anywhere and look at the ppl around u, you will always see at least 70% (usually more) of the men covering their awrah (the area of skin from above the belly button to below the knee). However, if u look at foids it's only 30% MAX who cover their full awrah. It's either they don't bother covering it at all and wear disgusting crop tops, see through clothes, tight clothing, etc. and those who bother to at least try to wear a hijab usually wear tight clothing that reveals their figure.
Quite frankly, it's embarrassing and disgusting. The same ppl who call men disgusting and say "not all men but always a man" don't bother acting or dressing morally. It's like they don't fear God, or at the least, have poor faith.
