Why is it okay to openly discriminate and bully short men but not when you do it to a guy who sits in the wheelchair or has Down Syndrome ?

It doesn't make sense. Neither short guys nor disabled people chose their situation. In fact, some people are disabled because of stupidity or negligence, like drunk driving or doing a party trick that goes wrong. But no one does anything to become short.

It doesn't even make sense from an evolutionary point of view. A short man has at least the ability to defend his tribe meanwhile the disabled only costs ressources and can't fight at all
