Male loneliness seems to be a euphemism for men not having sex. Because the retort to female loneliness exists is that any woman can find someone to have sex with her. And so women not having sex becomes a choice, so obviously there's no real female loneliness problem since it's by choice. Of course this is complete bullsh*t, but there seems to be a rather fundamental distinction between what the two big groups of people think loneliness is

It is also easier for foids to make non-romatic foids. It is socially acceptable for foids to be anywhere, they're not treated like creeps or rapists by default like men are. A foid can simply initiate a conversation and it will be perfectly okay.

They don't even have better social skills. It's that women aren't judged socially to the same extent as men. There's less expectations for them. I tested this by making two different discord accounts awhile back and joining a "social server." One account was pretending to be a girl, the other was set as a guy.
Everyone ignored the account I had that was set as a guy. Meanwhile even with the same behavior the one pretending to be a girl got more attention from both women and men.
There was a study that showed when both autistic men and women are masking women will be less judged and it's for the same reason. There's just less social expectations on women than there is men in general.
That's why whenever you visit any loneliness forum with women they're always complaining about feeling lonely around their friends vs having no friends at all. Pretty much impossible for women to not have friends or acquaintances.
