Just improve nutrition and put more emphasis on physical sports. Europeans grew their height just in last 200 years, they were as short as us before that

That's not eugenics. Eugenics is identifying people with competent genetics and separating them from the rest of the population, and then increasing their number.

Nutrition is only one part of the equation. The main reason whites have gotten taller is because tall men were selected more. Also nutrition wasn't great for them as well back then.

Absolutely bullshit in my case at least because I'm the most brutally honest when it comes to acknowledging curry inferiority.
