On Quora, many people seem to either be unaware of the concept of Neoteny or act like it’s not real, as if to not sound racist in acknowledging that racial differences exist, i think.
Why is discussing neoteny so controversial online? Is it because it proves racial differences?

I dont see or hear people discuss neotony very often
I think political correctness is against the idea that races are different and age differently perhaps?
