Question 1: Why is art seen as feminine?
My theory; It is commonly stated that some art is made to invoke emotions. Being highly emotional is commonly associated with women. Also think of the antithesis of an artist, who or what occupation would you classify antithetical to that of an artist? Me personally, someone cold, unemotional and calculating, highly technical maybe. High iq IT nerd comes to mind --> masculine.
However art is broad, I would argue some categories in art are more feminine than other categories.

Yup, because women don't care about that stuff, women are unconditionally loved by society. You just have to exist as a woman and you're automatically granted praise and status, a guy has to work for it. Guys are more likely to be shunned and isolated/outcast. Also more likely to be autistic, so they're more likely to get involved in intellectual hobbies and become figures like philosophical paragons.
