They (generally, aside from the main character, who races mixes) show non-European (specifically black/Hispanic) cultures as being cool while showing most whites as being redneck and uncool. Look at the fat white gun owner for example and compare that to the niggers and spics that the video game showcases.

After the pc port comes out I might pirate it and then I'm gonna do all the side content with a downloaded save file.
