I am not denying that the Mediterranean was relevant in the context of naval power. However this is WW2 nigger. Naval battles were few and far between, it was a war mostly fought on land and there were very few altercations in the Mediterranean. If the germans would have concentrated on Normandy perhaps they owuld have been able to avoid a defeat there.
Better yet, if they would have never attacked the USSR then perhaps they would rule over the northern hemisphere now. But alas their leaders were total retards, only solidifying their ideological defeat.
