Nothing crazy in terms of routine just enough to strengthen my back muscles because they are in constant pain because they are so weak.

I sit down all day not using them so when I have to actually do anything my body is in pain, so I am going to do this but not in an effort to ascend as that would be pointless.

Just don't push yourself. If you start to really feel consistent discomfort somewhere in your body stop doing the exercise. I wish I never listened to all of that redpilled garbage. I haven't been able to even throw a stone with my right arm for 2 years because of lat raises, in which you would never do in nature anyways.

It's not worth it.
