Why hasn't Konami ported Symphony of the Night to PC yet?

I didn't know about the franchise before watching the anime and I liked it. Apparently the anime did well, so I was quite surprised to realize that they hadn't bothered porting it to windows.

I believe Sony pays konami to keep symphony of the night exclusive to PlayStation. They ported it to 360 arcade but nothing since then. The only recent collection to feature it was exclusive to PS4. They also refuse to port rondo of blood fo anything outside of PlayStation
