Actually it could be argued that anything humans can acheive is by definition “natural” which includes successful life changing surgeries.
Also if we have the money and the means to obtain such a surgery and have the courage to go through with it and it allows us to breed that shows and proves our genetic fitness to survive and propagate our genes because we demonstrated intelligence and courage to face possible pain and or death on the operating table to make ourselves into viable mates.
As for blackpill? That’s only a good thing as most Chads are black pilled by nature which gives them an advantage in the dating market as they know what women are actually like and what they’re really after and won’t waste their time on trying to improve their personaliteehee’s or on getting better hobbies but instead do everything humanly possible in their power to both improve, preserve and enhance their looks as that’s the only thing that matters at all in regards to have a life and one with a great standard of quality.
