Aside from the money, you are leaving aside the fact that these surgeries don't always go well. It's almost like playing Russian roulette. You are also leaving aside the risk factor, you can contract infections or other types of diseases. I've seen disgusting photos of that... No, thanks.
Edit: There's also the risk that you end up not liking the results... or ending up worse than before.

If i would have the money i'd definitely do LL. I need around 50k € as of now, prices might go up in the future
If I had the money to surgerymaxx I'd instead move to Vietnam

I had a consultation, they really could only do some basic things under 10 or so k euro, I would need revisions and up to 15-20k to fix everything, so I use my meagre income to rot instead.

I'm thinking of the leg lengthening but these few things about it keep me thinking:
The price which keeps rising every year (JFL at folks thinking the price is going to go down for an almost all male surgery)
people fearmongering about the clinics in turkey
timing of when to get it (2-3 months for lengthening, 6+ months for regaining mobility)
Overall the biggest things that are hurdles if you complete the surgery are Ethnicity if you are ethnic and mental issues as some people have perfect proportions for lengthening and proportions overall does not matter to people. The aesthetic doesn't matter also as long as you are taller.
