I wish my parents got me into working out at a young age and taking care of my hair instead I started balding at 18 due to excessive rubbing with towels, hot water and shampooing daily. Also genetics of course.

I was obese as a kid, I got to around 210 lbs at 14, but then I lost it all, just weighed myself at 164 lbs, my only advice is eat less and eat a ton of foods with low calories to make you feel full.
I just had bariatric surgery because I was obese, worst decision ever, now I'm sick all the time

Very brutal man. Did you get the sleeve or roux en y? Do you get reflux? Lots of people get reflux after sleeve because the stomach's natural anti-reflux curve (called the greater curve and angle of HIS) gets cut out by gastrectomy.
I got the roux en y, I hate it, I wish I could die, but I can't kill myself because I'm religious, I'm just waiting for something to happen.
