My parents never intended things to be like this for me, and I do believe they did the best with what they knew. They aren't perfect, so it would be petty to hate them for their mistakes.
I also feel bad, because I wish they could have a son they could watch grow happy with age, and give them grandchildren to visit them.
My parents will never know the joy of meeting their grandkids. They will never know the security that our family will grow.
I feel really bad for them.
