Human beings are born into natural "castes", and each individual is build around his particular inborn "dharma".
Chads, for instance, are basically Kshatriya. This is why they are all good at sports or at fighting but most of them are dumb as bricks (they also suck at working Kurosawa was smart enough to point this out in Seven Samurai, where the bandits, who were basically warriors without lords, could only survive with predation because they only knew how to fight and if they didn't steal they would starve).
Everything you think you know about how reality works is nonsense. There's no such thing as a genetic "singularity" that every living entity is striving towards. We are all born to fulfill a function and our bodies and capacities are a reflection of that. Guys who are industrious and are good at working won't nuclear scientists any time soon. Guys who are born to become nuclear scientists are too weak to either work or fight and so on.
Basically, ancient currycels had it right and modern science is just a Masonic scam.
