My take is:
1) (((They))) want a weak, divided society inasmuch weak society --> weak state which is no obstacle to Corporate America. To achieve that you want to promote to most unstabilizing component in society and sadly black are notoriously a loose cannon. Curries and rices on the other hand are much less likely to indulge in criminal activities, GibsMeDat-ism and chimping out. They're a stabilizing force.
2) Contrary to what one could think (((they))) don't want to promote racial harmony but quite the opposite. Of course if you keep saying that blacks are being oppressed and killed by white people, many whites will get pissed of and black will become ever more resentful and wary towards whites. Didn't happen on a wide scale like with the transatlantic slave trade where millions were transported and didn't have as much impact on the new world.
The average African is neither malnourished nor a manlet. The average height in Africa isn't much different from the average height in the new world.
