Why does no one ever talk about the gingerpill?

I never see male gingers mentioned despite male gingers being strongly disliked. For ages it used to be really popular to pick on them and say shit like they don't have souls. Ginger guys are also always put in the "nerdy"/"ugly"/"weird" category to normies unless they are some giga Chad. Only ginger foids are liked and even then there is definitely a category of them that are seen as ugly (though not as much as the ginger men).

I'm surprised no one has mentioned this before. Maybe its just because its a really rare trait.
